This client is handles multiple industries and multiple solutions in the Facilities Management space. Role-Specific Responsibilities | What they want
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to support two synergistic businesses
- Develop and maintain internal controls to minimize business risk
- Supervise, coach, and develop accounting and administrative staff
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and review of quarterly and annual budgets
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all account reconciliations
- Accurately maintain general ledger and subsidiary systems
- Deliver regular financial reports and insights to the CEO and Leadership Team
- Manage A/P and A/R processes, account reconciliations, and audits
- Oversee compliance with tax filings and liaise with our CPA firm on financial audits
- Select and manage financial and administrative vendors
- Participate in software implementations and system improvements
- Keep accounting policies and procedures up to date

Qualifications | What you'll need
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required)
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under deadlines
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
